How it works

Most schools are verified within one to two working days.

  1. Upload your licenceYour ski school licence or business registration, as a PDF or a clear photo up to 10 MB. In Austria this is the licence from your province; elsewhere, your company or trade registration. Only our verification team can open it.
  2. Add a phone numberWe call the number on your licence or in the public company register to confirm the account belongs to your school — usually within one working day.
  3. We checkWe compare the school name, address and licence with your profile. If something is missing or does not match, we email you to say what we need.
  4. Badge goes liveThe verified badge appears straight away on your profile and every advert. You can keep preparing adverts while you wait.

Questions

Who can see my licence?

Only our verification team. It is stored privately — it never appears on your profile, and instructors and other schools cannot open it.

Can I post adverts before I am verified?

You can prepare adverts straight away. Instructors will see your school without the badge until the check is complete.

Do my team members need to be verified too?

No. Verification belongs to the school, so colleagues you add under Team share the badge automatically.

We are a resort or an agency, not a ski school. Can we be verified?

Yes — upload the registration for the business that employs the instructors. If you recruit for other schools, tell us in the contact form so we can describe you correctly.

Can a badge be removed?

Yes. If a licence lapses, details stop matching, or we receive credible reports about a school, we may remove the badge while we look into it.
