For ski schools & resorts

Everything Snowsports Central does for your school

A hiring system built only for snowsports, not another general job board. Here is every feature in detail, with screenshots from the real site.

How we are different

General job sites and social media groups give you a pile of messages. Snowsports Central gives you a hiring process.

Made only for snowsports

Qualification systems from different countries are understood and matched, not typed into a free-text box.

Verified on both sides

Schools are checked before they get a badge, and instructors’ certificates are checked before they get a tick.

Applicants who fit

Structured adverts and the automatic fit check mean you see straight away who meets your requirements.

Hire in one place

From advert to signed offer: applicants, messages, video interviews, scores and contracts, together.

Posting a job

Adverts that answer the questions instructors always ask

Instead of a blank text box, you fill in a short, guided form. Everything an instructor needs to decide is part of the advert, so you stop answering the same questions by email.

  • Eight short steps: basics, location, requirements, pay and contract, benefits, visa and working rights, preview, publish.
  • Pay, dates, housing, ski pass, visa sponsorship and languages are proper fields, so instructors can filter by them.
  • Set the qualification, language levels, working rights and seasons of experience you need. These drive the automatic fit check.
  • A live preview shows the advert as it will look in search results, and unfinished adverts are saved as drafts.

Applicants

Every applicant on one board, from new to hired

Applications arrive on a board with six stages: New, Shortlisted, Interview, Offered, Hired and Rejected. Drag a card to move someone on.

  • Moving a card to Offered opens the offer form; moving it to Rejected lets you send a polite message.
  • Counts for each stage at the top show where applications are stuck, for one advert or all of them.
  • Quick filters for verified qualifications, EU/EEA working rights and unread messages.
  • Interview scores and notes appear on the card, so the whole team sees how each person did.

Automatic fit check

Know who fits the moment they apply

Every application is checked against the advert it was sent to. Each card says “Meets all requirements” or exactly what is missing, so you do not have to open every CV to find out.

  • Checks the qualification and level, required languages and levels, working rights, seasons of experience and available dates.
  • Qualification levels are matched across systems, so a Level 3 requirement recognises BASI, CSIA, PSIA and the Austrian Landesskilehrer.
  • The same check ranks results in instructor search, so the best fits for your advert come first.

Instructor profiles

Verified profiles, not CVs in an inbox

Every instructor applies with the same structured profile, so candidates are easy to compare.

  • A blue tick means we have checked the certificate against the name and level on the profile.
  • You see which passports and visas an instructor holds, never the document numbers.
  • A level for each language, the exact dates they are free, seasons of experience and where they want to work.
  • Profiles are only open to subscribing schools and to schools the instructor applied to.

Messages and offers

Talk, interview and hire in one thread

No more lost emails and WhatsApp chats. Every conversation is tied to the job, and the whole team can see it.

  • The advert’s pay, visa and housing stay pinned at the top of the conversation.
  • Offer a few interview times; the instructor picks one and both of you get a video link.
  • Send the offer and attach the contract in the thread. The instructor accepts there, so the whole hire is on record.

Video interviews

Built-in video calls with a scorecard

Each interview gets its own video link, so there is nothing to install or book elsewhere.

  • Rate teaching ability, languages and team fit from 1 to 5 during or after the call.
  • Private notes only your school can see. The average score shows on the applicant’s card.
  • All upcoming and past interviews on one schedule, with the next one at the top.

Your school

A verified profile that sells your school

Instructors choose schools as much as schools choose instructors. Your profile shows why they should come to you.

  • We check your ski school licence or business registration and your phone number before the verified badge appears.
  • Reviews can only be left by instructors you actually hired, so they are trusted.
  • Your logo, cover photo, open jobs, season dates and how quickly you usually reply, all in one place.

Dashboard and team

Your hiring season at a glance, shared with your team

Log in and see what needs doing: active adverts, new applicants, this week’s interviews and unread messages.

  • Every advert in one table with status, applicants, closing date and views.
  • Add colleagues with their own login, so the whole office works from the same applicants and inbox.
  • Review last season’s instructors to help their careers and build trust in your school.

Fair to instructors, so the good ones use it

Free for instructors, always

Instructors never pay to apply, message or be found.

They choose who sees them

Profiles are public, employers only or hidden. Contact details are shared only when they reply.

Honest adverts

Pay, housing and visa are shown up front, so the people who apply already know the deal.
